Customs intelligence officials have recovered 46kg gold from the toilet of a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Assistant commissioner of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate Umme Nahida said the flight landed at the airport at 08:30am on Monday.
The gold bars were concealed behind the toilet mirror, she said.
The official said the search for whether there were other gold bars was on.
